MSM does not accept returns, unless the item arrives damaged. Please email or call the shop directly if an item arrives damaged.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

MSM is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered. If a package is lost or stolen, it is the buyers responsibility to make a claim with the carrier. I will not replace lost or stolen orders.
